OTSO designs and manufactures both Vertical & Horizontal Coalescing Filter Separators. Our VaporTrap-V™ (Vertical) and VaporTrap-H™ (Horizontal) Coalescing Filter Separators are designed to efficiently support high gas/low liquid flow operations.
Our VTV & VTH Coalescing Filter Separators are commonly used to separate water, dust, rust, and small particles from the hydrocarbon stream. Coalescing filter separators offer numerous benefits to the surrounding equipment they support. VaporTrap-V™ Coalescing Filter Separators
VERTICAL COALESCING FILTER SEPARATORS
OTSO’s VaporTRAP-V™ Coalescing Filter Separators efficiently remove impurities from natural gas streams. These units are utilized upstream and downstream of gas compression units, glycol dehy’s and fuel gas skids. Our VaporTRAP-V™ Coalescing Filter Separator packages are specifically designed to support high gas/low liquid flow operations. Each VaporTRAP-V™ filter separator unit is uniquely configured to accommodate the specific needs of our client. Our standard filter separator packages include a single or dual boot configuration with a one-micron filter elements to maximize dust removal, rust, and small particles. These units have the ability to handle gas capacities up to 300+ MMscfd at 1400 psig.
